Course Description
The course for pizzaiolo forms a professional specialized in the art of pizza, be able to select the ingredients and lour and apply appropriate mixing techniques, manipulation, proofing, stuffing and cooking.The course aims to provide students with all the practical and management skills necessary to pursue a professional pizza maker, is employed, either by opening their own business autonomously. The course is also available in the formula 30 days and 100 hours internship, an intensive study course to practice and quickly learn the basics of the trade.
