Course Description
The course for ice cream maker as a professional who specializes in homemade ice cream production, able to follow the entire process of preparation and coordination of activities, from the selection of ingredients to the management of the laboratory of ice cream.
The course aims to provide all the practical skills necessary to pursue a professional ice-cream maker, is employed, either autonomously.
The course is also available in the formula 30 days, an intensive study course to practice and quickly learn the basics of the trade.
